• Q1:What's your MOQ

              For custom, MOQ is 200pcs as usual, you can send us your designs to negotiate the MOQ.

              For in stock, MOQ is 2pcs, it's good for new customers who need small quantity.

• Q2:Can I add my logo on the garments

              As it's finished products, it's not available to add logo on. If you need custom logo, there is two ways to reach it:

              Choose our custom service, 100pcs per design per color at least.                                                                                         

              Choose our LOW MOQ Custom Catagory,10pcs is ok. There are t shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets and sweatpants,etc.

              we can make printed and embroidered logo on them.

• Q3:What's your payment terms

              TT, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Online Bank and Western Union.   

• Q5:When do you ship them

              For in stock item, it will be shipped in 5 to 7 days.
              For customized logo item, they will be shipped in 7 to 10days.

• Q6:How about your packing

              Inter packing:1piece in one poly bag.Outer packing: Carton

• Q7:How can I track my parcels

              We will send tracking number to you after delivery, you can got tracking info from shipping way website.
              Also, we will remind of you the package status.

• Q8:Can you put my labels and hangtags

              Yes, we can custom labels and handtags, US$135 a set for labels, US$150 a set for hangtags.

• Q9:Can you custom my slogan bags

               We can custom your shipping bags. Low MOQ is 100pcs. One stop service to make your brand package.

• Q10: How is structured your logistic and warehouse

               We don’t support retail sales, we choose DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT four special lines for express delivery.

• Q11: If I want a different product from the ones you have not in the catalog, is it possible.

                      Yes, it is possible. Light customization and full customization are our advantageous services.

• Q12: If I want a different product that you have and I send you a link of the product for example of aliexpress, are you able to create it

               Yes, looking at pictures to make patterns is the technical core of RAINBOWTOUCHES, because we have 5 pattern makers who
               have more than 25 years of experience in the clothing industry.

• Q13: How long is the production time of the garments

              T-shirts are generally 18 to 25 days, hoodies are about 30 days, and jackets are about 40 days.

              Because it is a customized product, each item should be priced according to your needs.
